About Us
The Bilingual Montessori Seaside Preschool in Gdańsk is a place where children develop at their own pace, and we support them by creating an environment filled with respect, calm, and the joy of discovery. We operate on a bilingual system—Polish and English are used side by side throughout the day, ensuring that children are naturally immersed in both languages from a very young age.
We combine the Maria Montessori method with a child-centered approach to education. Being close to nature is extremely important to us—our Montessori preschool in Gdańsk is located near the sea, so we regularly spend time playing on the beach and taking walks along the Baltic coast. We have our own playground and a large garden where children grow vegetables and fruits, learning independence, responsibility, and healthy eating.
At our Gdańsk preschool, we prepare breakfast and lunch ourselves. We place great emphasis on the quality of the ingredients we use and organic certifications. We bake banana bread, carrot cake, and vegetable muffins. The children’s plates feature organic eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, and a rich selection of colorful fruits and vegetables. In the summer, we make smoothies with seasonal fruits and vegetables; in the winter, we serve warm millet pudding, oatmeal, and apple pancakes. We do not use sugar or wheat flour.

Decorated in the Montessori spirit, using natural materials and surrounded by soft pastel colors that promote concentration and calm work, creating a harmonious atmosphere. Every interior of our Gdańsk preschool is designed in an aesthetic and thoughtful way—to support the development of every child. All Montessori materials are organized by theme and easily accessible, arranged on low shelves within reach of every preschooler. An environment designed in this way supports the child’s harmonious development and respects the natural phases of interest associated with their age. The teacher acts as an observer, guide, and mediator between the child and their surroundings—helping them choose activities independently and teaching them planning and responsibility for their own work.

Our Montessori preschool is located in the heart of Gdańsk’s Jelitkowo and Żabianka neighborhoods, at 7A Gospody Street. It is a modern space designed with children in mind—bright, spacious rooms furnished in the Montessori spirit, filled with natural materials and a sense of calm that fosters concentration and well-rounded development.
Space
Each interior has been designed so that children can develop in harmony—independently and at their own pace. The age-appropriate classrooms are filled with Montessori materials that support cognitive, emotional, and social development. The garden is a green oasis in the heart of the neighborhood—children spend time here every day, playing, learning through observation of nature, and having space to rest outdoors.
Proximity to the Sea
A few minutes’ walk and we’re at the beach. The proximity of the Baltic Sea is a huge asset of our Gdańsk preschool—outdoor activities, playing in the sand, observing nature, and daily walks foster sensitivity and a natural curiosity about the world in children.
