Our Team
The strength of Nadmorskie Montessori Preschool lies in our team. They are passionate, empathetic, and experienced individuals who guide children through the process of discovering the world every single day. Montessori teachers are more than educators – they are attentive guides who accompany each child in their development, always respecting their individual pace and needs.

Marlena Krzton-Kustra
Owner of Nadmorskie Montessori
Preschool
I hold a degree in Pharmacy from the Jagiellonian University and a degree in Cosmetology from the Krakow University of Health Promotion. I completed a Montessori course at the Montessori Education Centre and a year-long training program at the Polish Montessori Institute. Personally, I am a proud wife and mother of three wonderful children. I founded Nadmorskie Montessori Preschool with passion, dedication, and sincerity – out of love for children and a desire to create a safe space where they can simply be themselves, grow at their own pace, and thrive in an environment perfectly suited to their needs, surrounded by a caring and qualified team. Our preschool is a happy, carefree place where children shape their personalities, develop their interests, build and nurture social relationships, and deepen their knowledge at their own pace – with an individual approach and in the spirit of Maria Montessori’s teachings.

Joanna Berk
Director, Preschool and Early Years Teacher, Montessori Teacher
Day to day, I oversee the smooth running of the preschool, committed to creating a place where children arrive with a smile and a sense of security. I hold a degree in Early Childhood and Preschool Education from the University of Gdansk, as well as a degree in Special Education from the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. I work to ensure that the entire team functions as a cohesive, supportive unit where everyone contributes something unique. Together, we strive to offer children the very best each day – an atmosphere that supports natural development, genuine attentiveness to their needs, and the building of positive relationships. My goal is to create a place where children can flourish and where parents can feel confident that their little ones are in the hands of people who truly care about their well-being.

Kamila Musial
Montessori Teacher
My name is Kamila. I work with children and young people, guiding them through development, helping them feel safe, and supporting their discovery of the world. I studied Germanic Philology at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and taught German for many years. However, working with very young children and their families is what I value most. Empathetic communication grounded in respect, understanding, and careful listening is something I hold at the core of my practice. I believe children thrive best in an atmosphere of calm, acceptance, and trust. I have completed training in working with anxiety disorders, IFS therapy, and Weronika Sherborne Developmental Movement.

Oliwia Perl
Preschool Psychologist
Psychologist, support specialist, and graduate of SWPS University in Sopot, as well as a certified Social Skills Training (SST) facilitator. She brings genuine dedication to her work, helping young children navigate challenging behaviors. Through an individual approach, empathy, and patience, she helps each child develop their potential while providing support in both learning and everyday challenges.

Olha Kapustina
Preschool and Early Years Teacher
As a Montessori teacher, I create educational environments that foster children’s independence, creativity, and love of learning. I combine the Montessori approach with practical knowledge in speech therapy and 14 years of experience working with children, including those with developmental differences. This enables me to support their linguistic, emotional, and social development, adapting both therapeutic and educational programs to meet each child’s individual needs. My goal is to help children reach their full potential while nurturing their confidence and independence.

Anna Dziuba
Montessori Teacher
I have been part of the preschool team for three years, working as a teacher’s assistant. My background in psychology helps me better understand children’s needs and emotions, and to support them in their daily development. Working here gives me the privilege of accompanying children as they explore the world through play, curiosity, and small everyday discoveries. Every day brings new situations that teach me mindfulness and flexibility. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and pursuing my interests in psychology and creative self-expression.

Uliana Pendiuk
Support Teacher
I am a support teacher dedicated to helping children thrive in their everyday preschool life. I support children in the areas of: social-emotional development, communication and comprehension, self-care skills, functioning within a group, and building on their strengths and sense of self-worth. I work closely with the lead teacher, specialists, and parents to provide each child with consistent and effective support.

Marysia Telykh
English Language Teacher
I hold a degree in English-German Philology with a teaching qualification. I completed language training and practice in Norway and hold an English teaching certificate issued by Arizona State University. Working with children brings me enormous joy. In my classes, I prioritize a friendly atmosphere, creativity, and natural language exposure through play and everyday situations. My greatest wish is for children to learn English with curiosity and genuine enthusiasm.
